Introdu\u00e7\u00e3o do teste de batimento e de liberdade<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Testador de batimento e de liberdade<\/strong>\u00a0\u00e9 utilizado para a determina\u00e7\u00e3o da drenagem de uma suspens\u00e3o de pasta em \u00e1gua em termos do n\u00famero de Schopper-Riegler (SR).<\/p>\n<p>O ensaio Schopper-Riegler tem como objetivo medir a velocidade a que uma suspens\u00e3o dilu\u00edda de pasta pode ser desidratada. Foi demonstrado que a capacidade de drenagem est\u00e1 relacionada com as condi\u00e7\u00f5es da superf\u00edcie e com o inchamento das fibras, constituindo um \u00edndice \u00fatil da quantidade de tratamento mec\u00e2nico a que a pasta foi sujeita<br \/>\nEm princ\u00edpio, este m\u00e9todo \u00e9 aplic\u00e1vel a todos os tipos de pasta em suspens\u00e3o aquosa. No entanto, na pr\u00e1tica, o teste de Schopper-Riegler s\u00f3 d\u00e1 resultados aceit\u00e1veis se se formar um tapete de fibras suficientemente denso na tela met\u00e1lica.
